This 3 to 5 year programme will allow students to explore and pursue a research project built around a substantial piece of work, which has to show evidence of original contribution to knowledge.
- Preparation at a PhD level is crucial to furthering within the discipline of business and management. A PhD is the highest academic award for which a student can be registered. With support from senior scientists and professors with experience in doctoral supervision, Amity University Dubai will develop a student's aspirations in collaboration with faculty and researchers from around the region.
- This programme is best suited for student’s that possess various logical and analytical skills, time management skills and managerial skills. A major emphasis of the programme is the development and completion of a research problem that involves advanced techniques and concepts, culminating in an oral defense of the Ph.D. dissertation.
- The objective of the PhD programme in Management is to prepare students to work as professionals in academia, government firms, or in a private organisations. Furthermore, a collaborative effort bridging the industry-academia divide will also emerge, creating a positive impact within the management industry, increase research publications in prestigious journals and promote consultancy.
