This course is intended to equip the trainee with knowledge, skill and attitudes that will enable him or her to perform administrative duties as a middle level manager in an organization. It further explores the methods adopted for robust project management including techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling complex projects and the role of computing in this process.

Through a combination of theory and unique, hands-on learning experience, the programme allows learners to enhance their management skills and gain a professional edge in the job market. This involves planning and organization of a company's resources to move a specific task, event, or duty towards completion. It can involve a one-time project or an ongoing activity, and resources managed include personnel, finances, technology, and intellectual property.
