Entry Requirements

Standard
Academic requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2.5 GPA out of 4.0. Letter of application stating your interest and emphasis. Writing sample: poetry, short story, script or essay. Portfolio consisting of 6-10 pieces of work. The work must be viewable on Mac or PC. The portfolio must include some of the following, depending on your interest and experience: images of your art work, web site design, musical composition, musical performance, theatre resume, sketches of theatre design work, digital audio, or multimedia work.

English language entry requirements

• 2 Semesters: TOEFL 65, IELTS 5.5, PTEA 44, IELA 169, Password 6, Completion of Academic English Level 4, or Duolingo 95.

• 14 credit hours apply from Pathway
• 25 credit hours remaining toward degree

• IDS 405 Reading for Academic Purposes 3 Credits
• ATK 450 Design and Aesthetic Issues in Arts Technology 3 Credits
• ATK 460 Computer Performance Arts Studio 3 Credits
• ATK 401 Portfolio Development in Arts Technology 1 Credits
• Total 13 Credits

Semester 2

• IDS 401 Advanced Writing for Graduate Students 3 Credits
• ATK 480 Advanced Topics in Arts Technology 3 Credits
• ATK 460 Computer Performance Arts Studio 3 Credits
• ATK 401 Portfolio Development in Arts Technology 1 Credits
• Total 10 Credits
