1 Years On Campus Postgraduate Pathway Programme

International Year One allows students to begin earning credits toward their degree even if they don’t meet the academic and English requirements for direct entry. The Graduate Pathway in Education will prepare students to enter the next semester of a master’s degree program at Drew University.

  • A Pathway program provides academic, language and cultural support in order to succeed at a US university.
  • Students are guaranteed progression to a graduate degree program through a curriculum consisting of credit-earning courses.
  • Students will benefit from fully integrated classes with both domestic and other international students on campus while learning from highly trained university instructors and tutors.
  • Drew Graduate Pathway programs provide students with comprehensive support to continue studies.

Entry Requirements

Age requirement 16
Academic requirements

  • Undergraduate degree comparable to a 4-year US Bachelor's degree with 2.5 GPA.

English language entry requirements

  • 2 Semesters: TOEFL iBT 65 (14 subscores), IELTS 5.5 (5.0 subscores), PTEA 44, Password 5.5, Completion of Academic English Level 4, IELA 169, or Duolingo 95.
  • 33 credit hour program
  • 12 credit hours apply from Pathway
  • 21 credit hours remaining toward degree

  • EAP 502 Graduate Skills I: Listening/Speaking 3 Credits
  • EDUC 500 or EDUC 515 School and Society or Education Policy 3 Credits
