Graduate Pathway program provides a direct path to various degrees. 1-Term, 2-Term and 3-Term options available, depending on English language level.
An INTO OSU Graduate Pathway program in Electrical and Computer Engineering will prepare students to enter their next term of a master’s degree program at Oregon State University.
  • OSU partners with multiple companies such as Boeing, Intel, HP or Garmin, so students can get hands-on experience with leading companies in the industry.
  • 1 in 5 international students gain valuable work experience through internships or practical training.
  • Students can choose from two or three-term Pathways programs.
  • Students are fully admitted to OSU provided successful completion of conditional admission criteria at the end of the Pathway and submission of all required admission credentials.
  • A Pathway program provides academic, language and cultural support in order to succeed at a US university.
  • Students are guaranteed progression to an undergraduate degree program through a curriculum consisting of credit-earning courses.
  • Students will benefit from fully integrated classes with both domestic and other international students on campus while learning from highly trained university instructors and tutors.

  • 2.5 GPA, Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline. Additional Entry Requirements: 2.0 GPA in 1 year of Calculus, 2.0 GPA in 1 year of Physics

English language entry requirements

  • 3 Terms: TOEFL 70, IELTS 6.0, Password 7, PTEA 48, IELA 169, Duolingo 95 or Completion of Academic English Level 5.

  • 2.5 GPA, Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline. Additional Entry Requirements: 2.0 GPA in 1 year of Calculus. 2.0 GPA in 1 year of Physics. Complete 3 out of 6 courses below with a 2.5 GPA average: AC/DC Circuits/Circuits Analysis; Signals and Systems; Electricity and Magnetism; Power (taken in 3rd or 4th year of UG study).

  • 2 Terms: TOEFL 80 (16 subscores), IELTS 6.5 (5.5 subscores), PTEA 53, IELA 176 (162 subscores), Duolingo 110 or Completion of AE Level 6 with C or higher (or Pass grades).
