Graduate Pathway program provides a direct path to various degrees. 1-Term, 2-Term and 3-Term options available, depending on English language level.
An INTO OSU Graduate Pathway program in Comparative Health Sciences will prepare students to enter their next term of a master’s degree program at Oregon State University.

  • OSU is ranked among the highest research universities in the US by the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education.
  • The Comparative Health Sciences program is a collaboration between Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health and Human Sciences, Agricultural Services and Engineering departments.
  • OSU is ranked among the best graduate programs for public health and human sciences
  • Students will enroll in a three-term Pathway program.
  • Students are fully admitted to OSU provided successful completion of conditional admission criteria at the end of the Pathway and submission of all required admission credentials.
  • A Pathway program provides academic, language and cultural support in order to succeed at a US university.
  • Students are guaranteed progression to an undergraduate degree program through a curriculum consisting of credit-earning courses.
  • Students will benefit from fully integrated classes with both domestic and other international students on campus while learning from highly trained university instructors and tutors.

  • 2.5 GPA, Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.

English language entry requirements

  • 3 Terms: TOEFL 70, IELTS 6.0, Password 7, PTEA 48, IELA 169, Duolingo 95 or Completion of Academic English Level 5.

  • 1 Term: 3.0 GPA, No GRE Required, Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 2 Terms: 2.5 GPA, Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.

English language entry requirements

  • 1 Term: TOEFL 85 (16 subscores), IELTS 6.5 (6.0 in all subscores), IELA 176 (169 subscores), or Duolingo 120.
  • 2 Terms: TOEFL 80 (16 subscores), IELTS 6.5 (5.5 subscores), PTEA 53, IELA 176 (162 subscores), Duolingo 110 or Completion of AE Level 6 with C or higher (or Pass grades).
  • 45 credit hour program
  • 15 credit hours apply from Pathway
  • 30 credit hours remaining toward degree
