Study Medicine in Zambia, the Bachelors of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) is the required program to become a doctor in Zambia.

O Level with minimum of C grade in: Biology , Physics , Chemistry , English and Mathematics Eligibility :

 A Level with pass in Math , Physics , Chemistry and Biology or one year Pre - Med program or relevant health science program

The Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery program trains students to become competent doctors with the necessary skills , knowledge and attitude . Program Details 1 year of Health Professions Foundation Program followed by 5 years of Medicine program .

Clinical Rotations
Upon completion of 3 years of basic sciences curriculum, students to get involved directly in the study and care of patients in hospitals, with other team members.

Ancillary Charges will be 1535 USD

The application fee is 30 USD 

Tuition Fee can be paid in 2 installments on half yearly basis Free Hostel accommodation for 1st semester Hostel Fee ( applicable from 2nd semester) At the beginning of the application process , all students are advised to pay one - time admission processing fee of ZMW 1500 in addition to the application fee of ZMW 200. 

1st 6months accommodation is mandatory.

International students to pay admission processing fee of US $ 150 and application fee of US $ 49 respectively . 

Fees should be paid prior to the commencement of semester . 

Students can choose any one of the following mode of payments based on their eligibility : Yearly payment Semester - wise payment TAU - Zambia also offers scholarships based on academic merit .
