Program Overview

This program provides comprehensive training in professional cooking techniques over two distinct phases. The first phase, Professional Cook 1, covers foundational skills including breakfast preparation, meat cutting, garde manger, stocks, soups, and basic pastry and dessert making. Professional Cook 2 builds upon these skills with advanced meat cutting, a la carte cooking, further garde manger and pastry work, and concludes with career preparation and work experience.
