This full-time, on-campus undergraduate program spans four years, offering a comprehensive curriculum that includes foundational and specialized engineering courses, alongside key International Development Studies subjects such as Development Studies Research Methods and Student Development in Comparative & Historical Perspective. You will have the opportunity to choose an engineering specialization and an International Development Studies concentration, such as Gender or Environment. In the summer after your third year, you are encouraged to undertake a developmental-related internship, supported by York International, preparing you for careers as a Development Engineer or International Project Planner.
