Program Overview

This program provides foundational knowledge and practical skills for a career as a medical laboratory assistant. Students will explore anatomy and physiology, specimen collection, laboratory equipment and safety, and various scientific disciplines including chemistry, microbiology, cytology, histology, and hematology. The curriculum also incorporates essential mathematics and communication skills, culminating in a clinical practicum and preparation for certification exams.
