Program Overview

This course provides a foundational understanding of Kinesiology through compulsory theory courses covering human anatomy, physiology, motor learning, exercise prescription, nutrition, and sport psychology. Students will also engage in practical application by completing five two-credit Kinesiology activity courses. Additionally, the curriculum fulfills degree English requirements and offers elective credits to broaden students' academic experience.
