This full-time, on-campus program is delivered over two years, integrating theoretical learning with extensive practical experience. You will engage in coursework covering core social service work theory, Indigenous Canada, concurrent disorders, and crisis intervention, alongside essential communication and group practice skills. A significant component includes over 400 hours of fieldwork placements, allowing you to apply your learning in real-world community settings. Upon graduation, you will be well-prepared to meet the requirements for registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
