Tourism and Hotel Management

The Tourism and Hotel Management associate degree programme at Near East University Vocational School is a two‑year vocational qualification designed to prepare students for careers in the tourism, hospitality and accommodation sectors. It equips students with both theoretical understanding and practical skills in key areas such as hotel operations, food and beverage services, front office management, travel and tour coordination, tourism marketing, hygiene and guest services, and industry‑specific communication skills. The curriculum also fosters competencies in planning, organization, customer relations, business operations and problem‑solving, enabling graduates to contribute effectively to tourism and hospitality organisations in both public and private sectors. In addition to classroom learning, students complete a mandatory summer internship that reinforces real‑world experience in the field. Upon successful completion of the programme, students are awarded an associate degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, positioning them for professional roles in hotels, resorts, travel agencies, food service businesses and related service industries.
