How To Apply For Scholarships In Canadian Universities In 2024?

Are you an international student who wants to study in Canada or a research scholar searching for funding that can support your studies? Canada welcomes you to pursue a high-quality education in Canadian universities.

Global Affairs Canada is an arm of the Government of Canada that looks after its participation in major international scholarship programs. We feature international scholarships provided by Canadian governments, non-governmental organizations, international organizations, and foreign governments.

Scholarships allow students to study without caring about anything as they remove financial pressure from students and their parents. You’ll be able to meet your university’s educational requirements independently without thinking twice.

Benefits of Scholarships for International Students in Canada

To study in Canada, international students can access over 800 scholarships in 2024-25. These scholarships offer an average monthly stipend of $2500 along with accommodation charges, tuition fees, health insurance, and travel allowance.

The scholarship may also cover expenses like fees for a visa or study/work permit, books, and supplies for your studies or research, and round-trip airfare to Canada.

Since scholarships grant money that you as an international student don’t have to pay back, the organization allows the creation of a diverse and vibrant student community. Students remain free of financial burden for their course and thus a large number of applicants are seen from different origins.
